Abused & mistreated consumer fraud ripoff

In 2002 I was duped by these idiots with what sounded like the promise of a major credit card which turned out to be anything but. They charged me $199.00 to start off with then another $147.97 two months later. What did I get for this a big headache. I tried from the very beginning to put a stop to them and to get my money back but with phone calls and letters they would not respond to me.

In Jan. 2003 I got a letter from them telling me time to renew my membership for a total of $298.98. I was more than angry, I was seeing red. I called the idiots and told them I had done wrote them and told them I didn't want nothing to do with them. The woman on the phone put me on hold and went and got her supervisor. He didn't know the meaning of NO either. He told me I needed to put it in writing.

I put it in writing, I wrote three letters. I sent them by registered mail/return receipt. I sent them in well before the time they said they would debt my checking account. Due date was Feb 1 they received two of the letters, one on the 27 the other on the 28 of Jan. The other letter I guess is lost in postal hell. No one has signed for it as of yet.

Feb 3 I was checking my balance on my checking account and those bastards took $147.97 out of my checking account. I made it clear in my letter that I did not authorize them to take any money from me.

My bank was good enough to let me put a stop on the payment so at least I would not be out so much money.
I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission, BBB, and My State Attorney. The State Attorney's Office has not been much help and I have not heard back from any one else yet.

I would really love to see these people taken back to court. The state of Nevada has already had them in court one time but I guess they found a loop hole to continue to rip people off. I know they have been reported to the BBB but this is not enough. I want my money back from the very beginning. I have never bought any products from them.

If anyone has any ideas on how to beat these idiots let me know.
