This company is unable to provide you with any credit report information only the free website that all americans are already able to access FREE anyway. After charging the introductory $1.00 and agreeing to a monthly fee of $11.95 you are not going to easily be able to cancel through phone or internet because once you log in you are shut out from further use of the website... Period.
They send you an email confirmation and i have replied with a response to cancel my membership using this format. Don't know if i have been successful.
