SLICK, LEGALLY TOOK $371 AND CAN'T GET BACK-Negotiated credit card from 3.9% to 15.9%-Aggressive solicitation-Different answer everytime I call-STAY AWAY! It's too easy for them to get your money and you'll be sorry

A few months ago I responded online to an email I recieved. Well I guess my name got put on a list cause it wasn't long after that I started to get all kinds of phone calls about refinancing or debt consolidation.

Then one day I get a call from a woman named Amy at Kimberly Credit Corporation. They was in the buissness of consolidating and lowering your monthly payments. She was very nice, friendly great talker and but aggressive! We talked for what it seemed an eternity wanting to know my financial status. She had the solution to all my financial needs. I was hesitant and resisting but she was relentless and determined to enroll me. Before you know it, I'm a client.

I had no idea how easy it was for them to get all your creditors and how much you owed... And how easy it was to legally bind you to a contract. No hard copies of paperwork, everything was handled through email and it's all legal. Before you know it they debited my checking account $371 and I'm wondering why I'm getting notifications of NSF's. I called customer service (this is a story in itself cause most of the time you have to wait for them to call you back) and was told they put the first payment in holding... What ever that means.

Next I get notices that my credit cards have been revoked. (mind you, I never was late or missed a payment). Here's where it starts to let me know I should of resisted their aggressiveness.

I inform them that one of the accounts I submitted I don't want included cause it had a 3.9% rate for the life of it. All they had to do was inform the creditor it was a mistake, which I talked with someone at Kimberly's establishment about. Guess what? No one did anything about my request. To add insult to injury they negotiated my 3.9% to 15.9%... Yep, that's the honest Gods' truth!!!

Well I finally had it with them, cancelled my contract and requested my $371 back. Guess what? I don't think I'm going to get it back unless I really fight for it and I still doubt it the way she talked. Meanwhile not a penny of that $371 was sent to my creditors. What a waste of my time and money! They literally stole my $371 to mess up my credit rating and revoke my credit cards. Welcome to the school of hard knocks... OUCH!!!
