A Cell Phone Bill that is NOT Mine

Not my bill, they've been contacting me and threatening to place this on my credit report, based on Mr Lundhl he was taking a look at my credit report, desired a post-dated check from me today actually this isn't actually my bill. I've been advised to "Y" off after I declined to to pay for. They call might work, they contact my mobile phone and certainly will not eliminate my telephone numbers. They've mentioned this account with me at length (however not my bill) wouldn't I would like to talk to a boss. The stated I've to place it written down that I dont need them to contact anymore and Mrs Roberts declined to provide mean address or fax# to deliver it also. I've submitted grievances iwth the BBB in Denver Denver, using the Denver Company Condition Attorney Generals Office, and also the FTC.
