Hidden fees to get consumers

I just wish I had seen this web page before I had been taken by this card company. They had the rudest customer service saying that I owed this no matter what it will be on my credit report. I too wanted to better my credit when i applied. But needless to say the card came with a 179.00 fees on card. When trying to cancel this card the cust service agent FRANK the rudest. I want all fees taken off and they will not take off. This card company will put the shaft to you. I did put in a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and when I did found out there were 83 complaints filed this year. I am not surprised there is more. I will fight this till the end. So watch out people who are trying to get their credit back on track. Stay away from this card services.
