Lies about Speed Payment Process, Breach of Contract

The confirmation contract reads, "Payment 30 days after receipt of signed bill of lading. Have driver fax signed BOL, Attn Cindy, for speed payment process."

Stephanie, the dispatcher had told me on Thursday, Oct. 23 that a check would be cut the next day, Oct 25... 9 days later I am being told that the "Speed Payment Process" is only to used for getting the BOL/POD in to them quickly. You still have to wait 30 Days for your payment.
