Rip-off consume

Two years ago I was contacted by this supposed credit watchdog company. They promised a free credit report, monitoring my credit history etc. There was a three month trial period during which it would be possible to cancel free of charge.

I called and cancelled a month later and the woman explained how I should enjoy the remaining three months of the free period and then it would be cancelled. Three months later, another 79.99 gone and now I was just charged another 79.99 that is it! I do not even know how to contact these people!!! Help!!!
