Denied check cashing

I visited albertsons to money a check and upon doing this the cashier offered me a of document informing me that I had been with this certegy program, after many efforts of attempting to contact these folks by phone I had been never ready to achieve anybody, I've never been or can I actually create any negative checks which means this system is phony despite the fact that I can not remember the organization the check was driven on I understand it had been great, and that I haven't created a poor sign in my entire life. Please recommend me on the best way to log off of the program its destroying my entire life. Additionally destroying me financially.
