Do they actually want customers?

My partner had a FIA card for 19 years. For reasons unknown, he was ratejacked years back to 27% interest. We obviously ceased utilizing the card. He named to determine if he could easily get that price decreased to become more consistent with his different cards. They declined and DH terminated the card.

Their credit scores are above 800. If he doesnot be eligible for good prices who does?
