Septic Claim Denied as Existing Problem After Many Attempts

There were several attempts to have these problems fixed, and I was left out in the cold. Really it was the heat, because I had just bought my first home. They said they talked to my girlfriend and that she said it never worked, but the first claim was made in May. Well, I guess I did not need an A/C during that other 90 degree weather.

Then they said my septic system would be covered and sent someone they called out, and after talking to them they said it was an existing problem and not covered. WOW, imagine that. Well, here's $500, thanks a lot.
