Noel Riddle has conned people out of thousands of dollars. He claims he can help find people unsecured loans, is a commercial broker, is in the real estate business, or currently selling commodities.in other words, he will tell you he is experienced in whatever financial services you may currently need help with. His business is called Signature Capital Resources. He says he is a good Christian man, and swears he will pay you back as he just needs to "borrow" some money until he receives his commission check. He has numerous judgments against his name and has filed bankruptcy several times. He has burned people nationwide... Texas and Colorado in particular. Once he gets your money, he simply disappears. His wife does have assets and can be sued. Currently he lives in Longmont, CO and if anyone wants his contact information, I can provide it. He is a liar and a thief! Don't be conned by this man! He has victims all over the country!
