False collection attempt

I obtained a contact this moring from GC sevices declaring that I had been being gathered on by way of a business who I've a present account with. The owner was called Rebecca, I questioned if she'd the best individual and requested for that address of the individual she was attempting to contact, she said I'd need to reveal my handle. This returned and forth and he or she passed me to another employee called Guide (sp) and he mentioned they obtain selection info in the organization I had been using the services of. As it happens that there is someone else from the same name-but of the diverse bill number and tackle which was certainly in selections, but GC providers didn't relent and explained I'd togo through idtheft methods, that we did, but based on the organization under consideration, they've no steps against me and that I am completely in excellent position together. I obtain the unique perception that GC merely googled my title and also the area by which I reside and created my telephone number, Rebecca appeared to instantly thought I had been the individual she was searching for and was really accusatory in tone through the whole discussion. Someone must clamp-down with this firm's employees.
