Coust us our home with there lies

We got a little behind in our morgadge that they were servesing for anouther bank, when we were looking for whays to get cought to include extra payments parcial payment, putting late payments on back of loan, they said no must be paid in full. They sudjested refinancing and paying total ballance, witch we were not able to do but we could get 53% of loan value. To clear account home eq said no way.

We ended up putting our house up for short sale, I did not sell so we got forclosed on. During the forclosure The bank (wel far) stated that we could satisfy the loan and avoid the forclosure with that 53% loan that we could have gotten at that time. Of course by this time it was to late. And we lost our house.

They lied about how much time we hade to relocate, first they said we hade 2 weeks to vacate if we wanted to quick claim back to them, we couldent do it that fast, so we decided to use the forclosure in our favor and take our time and live rent free as long as possable untill we found a place we could afford.

Three weeks latter they said 2 moor weeks and then latter agin you guesd it two moor weeks. This is a nightmare we are still living with today 2 years later. Our creadit is still showing no finalization date. Outherwise we would be able to buy a home now using fha loan
