Total Sleeze Loansharks Raised Interest w/o warning, said gave BS warning with less than 30 days to reply

Same story as all the others here... Advanta Bank loanshark company. Er... Credit card company raised my rate from 7.99% "for the life of the loan" to 28% without any warning.

They said that they sent a notice on September 15th (by snail mail) and gave me all the way up to October 3 to reply to avoid their screwing of me. Gee... A whole 15 days to bot GET the mail AND reply to it... If they really even sent it?

STAY AWAY from these loan sharks... They will F* you over every time and never get you a fair deal. They won't negotiate, they won't back down. I have gone for help from my local TV stations... See what they can do.

Anyone want to file a class action suit against these bastards, please feel free to let me know
