I purchased plants online and also the blossoms arived but I had been charged twice for them. I keep calling and departing the info but no body associates me or makes the modification. It seems the amount I'm calling is simply an answering service. The florist who sent the blossoms is actually assisting me out to no avail. It seems FTD doesn't consider any obligation for web purchases.
