DCAP Insurance, Barry Goldstein and Stuart Greenvald lied to me and kepy my money. I was strong armed into putting a deposit for insurance. The very next day I had to cancel the coverage.

After holding my money for over a month, in which I was promised by Barry Goldstein, Chairman of the Board and Stuart Greenvald, President that I would get all my money back I received 1/3 of my money back.
In a letter written on chincy WordPerfect Template letterhead - (the company, a public company - can't even afford letterhead) said they "tried to get the money back from Lincoln General" when in fact the money was kept by the "finance company" - Capital Payment Plan in Woodland Hills Calif.

These guys are not only crooks but liars, that prey upon people in their boiler room storefront offices while the Chairman, Barry Goldstein lives in a mansion in very affluent neighborhood.

Don't feed their lifestyles of excess - use a different insurance company
