I went online to get a free credit report but did not receive, tried to cancel but could not

I went online in response to an e-mail I received for a free credit report on Friday 10-10. I did not receive a credit report. I had to give them a cerdit card account number for a $1 processing fee which was refundable, also I could cancel my trial membership and would not be charged anything further.
I have tried to cancel and can't because there is no way to contact them through telephone, mail or e-mail
