Don't know what accounts are paid

I signed up with these goobers, to get my debt cleared two years ago. I never really thought much about it. They had said if any debt collectors called me or tried any point of contact, to let Hess know, and/or do not speak to the creditors at all.
Last month, I decided to give them a ring, to see where my debts were standing. So, I went online to find the number since I was too lazy to check my papers which were no more than 4 ft from me!
Anywho, when I clicked on the website for Hess, all I saw were pages and pages of, "Hess Fraud." Well, needless to say, I about crapped square puppies!
I had had a call from the co. Appox 2 weeks earlier left on my cell, saying that Cap One were willing to settle, and Hess was wanting to talk to me concerning it. So, at this point I figured I needed to ANSWER that call!!! It was another guy than the one that left me the message, that they put me through to. He put me on hold so many times, I was growing roots from waiting so long! He acted about as dumb as a door knob! Did not know a darned thing. When I called again to speak to the guy that originally called me, no one answered. I left a message each time, without success.
I have even called the Credit card co. With no answers. The accounts have been sold, and they have no idea to WHO! Which is hard to find any truth in that!
I did find that they paid two accounts out of 5, I believe. Of course they paid the lower ones... And said that there was not enough in the account to pay the others yet!
With this firm being closed down now, and Hess giving up her license, what is going to happen to US??? We are poop out of luck I take it??? Yea. Ok... Try explaining THIS one to creditors! They will say... THATS WHAT YOU GET!!!
I can not even get any straight answers on any website, about what to do. These REDIRECTORS of Hess/k have a website in which one man left his number and email... When I tried to contact him, it was not valid! This is when I wish I drank alcohol! I would get high as a Georgia Pine!!! I will need Botox when I am done with this crap! From all the WORRY WRINKLES!!!
