Unauthorized payment as 3rd party on my phone bill

Our telephone bill came with 3rd party payment from Yourproductbill. Backcharges for six months totaled $50.00! Named this so-called organization and was informed they'd credit us just for 30 days. It was completely UNAUTHORIZED! They have to credit ALL 6 MONTHS.
I'm also amazed our telephone business Hawaiian Telcom might take outside costs WITHOUT ANY AGREEMENT.
