Illegal charge disputed with no response from Fraud and Disputes

If anyone is going forth with a class action suit against GE Money I'd be interested. There was an illegal charge against our account. We contacted Frauds and Disputes. We've e-mailed, faxed, called and written. No one returns our calls. We want to get this settled, but we can't get a response. We continue to get billed (including late charges) during this "investigation". I'm ready to call in the Media. Their business is disorganized, if not unethical. I've faxed the president, the person in charge of media, the Dispute Department and the Fraud Department repeatedly to no avail. Any other suggestions out there???
