Fraudulant information placed in my file

I have used this company for payday advance. For the past year I never had a problem until October when I called to give them new banking information and I was advised that I would be unable to get a loan because I had file "BANKRUPCY", I have never filed and acquired my credit reports and nothing is stated. What really made me mad is that I called three days in a row to speak with a supervisor and only to be told that I would get a call back within six hours. Well, no call back and I spoke with four different customer representatives and no results. They told me that they would be investigating it and get back to me. Horrible customer service and company to be putting false information. Don't use them.
