Capital Heights Financial promises you a personal loan, however they require a down payment sent through money gram.
All money grams were sent to Canada to differant names.
After a week they call and tell you the loan fell through but there is another lender to help and promises this loan will go through. After getting more money from you for the down payment, they don't send you any money and didn't return the money you sent.
This is a big scam, beaware
