Charging me monthly for nothing

The corporation has billed me $16.95 monthly from March through October. Frightening component is, they're getting me possibly from my bank card or bank account. I actually donot understand who they're or the things they market. I've named twice and also the individuals who reply the telephone do not or wont hand out any specifics. They shipped me a reimbursement type, but how did this occur within the first-place??
