I received a telephone call from the corporation 1 day from the blue. I had been told that i were to recieve a rechargeable charge card and the information inside the mail with details about the card by which i never received. And yet my account has been charged a 139.95 membership fee. I've tried numerous times to call and cancel the account however the phone # keeps saying that circuits are busy. I'm reading that i'm not the sole one who experienced this. Please avoid the corporation
