OVERDRAFTS with positive balance

On 10/03/08 I depostied a Government look for $ 336.00 into my checking acct. That had a balance of $ 429.74 for what I believed was a stability of $ 765.74. I subsequently visited the food along with other buying. On a single time two (2) inspections arrived in. The sum total worth OF spending AND inspections found $ 541.52 (of this was impending and was paid on 10/06). I had been billed $74.00 for just two (2) overdrafts! ONE FACILITY OF $ 37 to get a $ 25 examine and another $ 37 on the $ 4.55 money purchase. THATS RIGHT! $ 74.00 in costs for 2 products totaling $ 29.55! All of this after i had $ 765.74 within their stinking lender! It had been subsequently told me that I really could JUST make use of the initial $ 100 of my deposit?!?!?! I subsequently named them up and got an extremely rude boss called Scott # 1986298 who stated it had been my problem and that I must have recognized this because it have been essentially since 07. Nobody explained till this occurred. Today I see what I really could did in hindsight...
