Rip-off Never follow through on claims

I spoke with a representative 1 week ago requesting the free "Kit". It was explained that the kit would show up at my home within 3-5 business days. At this time I signed up for their two year promotional deal with a 30-day money back guarantee.

Promises were made regarding reviewing my tax filings for the last two years using my social security number to access government records, which I provided during at the time of enrollment. The plan was to then discuss potential refund amounts after they reviewed this information within 1 week of supplying them with my SS number.

The kit has not shown up yet. I have contacted the number that was supplied by the representative at the time of enrollment. I explained that they had not followed through with their promises and that I wanted to cancel my membership. It became a yelling match. The representative yelled that I should allow the "7 - 10 business days" for the information to show up before canceling.

I explained that I had doing some research on the internet and that they were not spoken of favorably. He wanted to get into an argument regarding the merits of the information on this website. During the long yelling match I was given a fax number to send a letter to requesting my cancellation. This sounds very familar to a lot of you.

I have this sinking feeling that I am heading down the same road that others have described. I plan to reject any mailings that arrive at our home from NADN and have them returned to sender. I contacted my credit card company and indicated I wanted to dispute the charges.

This is more work. I see pain and suffering on the horizon during a long drawn-out battle for a refund. I will be in Vegas shortly. Maybe this is the most appropriate method to handle the dispute; show up at their facility. It does not look good and I have only started. Pitty I did not see this information before hand. Avoid this developing trap!!!
