I was taking a shuttle service company called Airlink NYC from Grand Central station to JFK. A curbside employee accused me of being rude when I initially pulled up, but the employee was mad from a previous customer, so needless to say he took it out on me and we exchanged words. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he too sided with the employee. I just wanted to get on the shuttle and didn't care for them. Overall, I had to take a cab from Grand Central to JFK, which cost me $50 and they didn't refund my money from the shuttle. I am now going to seek legal actions.
