First Premier Bank Centenial Credit Card
Threatening, harrasing, and abusive phone calls

I have had a Centenial Credit card from first premier bank for a little over two months now. I have barely used it. One the third time I used it I went $15 over my credit limit of $250. I recieved my bill in the mail and was a little surprised. I am used to being "nickel and dimed" by this company.in fact even expected it seeing the account set-up fees were more than half my credit line.

Thirty minutes after I opened my bill First Premier Bank called to inform me of my over the limit and demanded that we post-date a check over the phone for payment. I told her that this was unacceptable as post-dating is illegal. She then threatened to add additional fees for verbal harrasment. I told her that payment would be made proped via the internet. She then tells me that there is a $7 charge for internet usage and I should pay her now. (I later found out it's $11 for a person to conduct the transaction. SNEAKY!) I told her again the payment would be made thank you good bye and hung up.
I received another call a full week before the due date to pay up. I was told that if I didn't have the money for a credit card then I should cancel it.

After telling her payment would be made on time she asked for my employers phone number. I am a direct care worker and for me to do so would violate HIPPA and confidentiality clauses and result in federal charges. She then threatened to call my employers number (which they already had somehow)

I conned her into believing that this number was an old employer and she took it off her list. (Thank God) She then told me I was unreliable and should not have a credit card and I was already in collections (all before my bill was DUE)

Someday when I have alot of free time I want to find these ppl that work for these companies come to their homes and threaten them as they do me.
