Loan fraud, $3500 of my money taken with no loan to show for it, and my money was not returned as promised by the company

My home was going to foreclosure when i decided to get hard money loan to safe my house from foreclosure, then i talk on the phone with a man called James peacock that promised to get me a loan very quickly if i sent a commitment fees of $3500 to his company's account. I did as he told me to do only because they sent me papers that promise to give me my money back if i did not get a loan from his company. This man did not give me back my money or get me a loan to safe my home, i have to file for bankruptcy to safe the house and i am out of $3500. I told this evil man James peacock that i am a single mother of four kids that i dont have the money to burn but he uses everything including God to get me to send the money to him. I have to borrow the money to give this heartless man so that i can safe my house, he did not get me a loan now he blame it on another company that he said he took the loan to that is called spectrum financial llc the owner of that company is called Aaron Hernanndez. This people are fraud and crooks i know that iam not the only one they're have taken for a ride please somebody help me to get my money back from this people, so that i can pay the loan back to the people that loan me money. I will take any help i can get on this matter and i hope help comes soon. I was told that this company changes their company's name very often, and go by many names themselves.
