Ripped off and scammed! Internet

I could not believe my eyes when I found your site and looked up this company! I was scammed to the tune of $1394 (what was taken out of my checking account for one month of the auto draft). I then canceled on advice of a friend. I thought I had honestly and thoroughly checked AMMEND out (BBB, etc.) But I did not find THIS site!

I have saved all my emails and correspondence w / this Scott Helterbridle, if that is even his name. I had originally signed up with AMMEND in Dec. Even though he said money had gone to pay on 6 of my credit card accounts, I only found $200 paid to one of them on one of my statements.

Every time I have tried to contact AMMEND now I get no response. I tried to find alternate telephone numbers, and address, but no luck. I am now going to try some legal action and see if that might get some of my money back.

So, being out almost $1200 has me feeling MAD and I now feel like I have some legal ammunition, as I went so long wondering what I could possibly do.
Please don't be upset at me for being evasive; I'm just being a little protective. I hope to have an answer within a month or so! The return of $1200 would make a nice Christmas present, wouldn't it?
