Ripped-me-off, lied, and deceived me

I was solicited online. Somehow they knew I was experiencing Credit Card Problems. They sweet-talked me into believing they cared about my problem and promised they could help me. They told me that my payments would be reduced, my obligation almost cut in half, and that they would contact my Credit Card Bank and, as they so nicely put it, would use a: "Negotiation Process". After I gave them all my information and they got my Checking Account number, they drafted out a total of $568.00 and do not fulfill any of the promised they had made. What they failed to tell me was that they let my payments lapse for 180 days before they would start to make payments on my behalf.By then, my Credit Rating would be totally ruined. After I cancelled my contract with them, they told me that no matter who I called, or emailed, my money would not be refunded to me. This was told to me by their cocky and arrogant so called: Settlement Director a Mr. Andrew Davis.
I want the money they stole from me back.
