I have been reading some of the other statements about Morgan Wilshire and yes its all true. I was a broker there for a short period of time. They let me go because I went on vacation and I questioned the high pressure sale tactics. How it works is one of two ways. First they hire unlicensed cold callers to so call prospect or target there victims. The other way is called COLD SLAMMING where the broker is told to state that they already spoke TO THE VICTIM about a municipal bond then pressured to open an account. And yes there phone lines are blocked so sometimes the cold callers are instructed to use fake names and use company names like DUNBAR. Once a cold caller passes his series 7 he is now an INDEPENDANT CONTRACTOR that takes the garbage of an employee and sees no benefits and assumes all risk of not taking a pay check home.
