Scammed me out of $1800.00

I was interested in a secured loan and I contacted them about receiving one. I was going to be loaned $5000.00, they stated that I needed to first send in $960.00 to secure my first 12 months. So the next day I wire transferred the money to them, I was supposed to recieve the $5000.00 by Friday at noon. The next day I get a call from them stating that I needed to send another $960.00 and that I would still receive my money on Friday but this time by 2:15pm. So I sent them another $960. Dollars, at 2 pm when the $5000.00 was not in there I called them back and they said it had been routed to the wrong routing number and it would take 5-7 business to get it into the right account. Yesterday was the 7th day, no money appeared and Ive heard nothing from them.
