I myself have JUST gone through numerous phonecalls to remove this 49.95 check/withdrawal with theese people. Also, on the phone with this "company" I could hear one of thier operators dealing ith a customer who had same incident, wich they told me they were a subcompany of lending places that pepole who have tried to apply for payday loans and such... I admitted I had applied with TWO companies, they have NOT done his to me but yet, somehow thier "companies" got my app instead ..

I sternly demanded ANY of my "applications" be canncelled and when I was given my "cancellation number" that I would be alerting my bank of this number, however, my bank notified me they refunded my 25$ NSF funds charge, but also this company of companies, could try to withdrawal again... Wich of course, I would be charged DOUBLE for a second NSF charge, that would endup coming out of my pocket, so in an essence, the bank would get 50$ out of me, wich endsup being the same as what this "company" took from me. I dont have the sack or patience to report this company to the Better Buisness Bearau (sp') or Susan Wornick (chan5news in mass), but I think someone who has a brain and a big name should lead a investigation, this is close to christmas times, we all dont need this crap popping out at us when we are all just trying to get by.
