Promised loan of 15,000.00 with in 24 hrs. If first 2 and last 2 payments were money gramed to them

Patriot Loans Finanical took 1,203.00 dollars that I money grammed to them for the last two and the first two payments on a loan for 15,000.00 that they were to deoopsit in my checking account with in 24 hours. They consistantly lied about where the funds were and said they had the wrong bank account number and the funds have yet to be deposited and it has been wsince 9-17-08 at 14:02 P.M. And today is 9-24-08 and no one answers their phones and they do not recieve phone calls. I want my money back.
