Taking Money out of Checking Account Illegaly

I simply tested my bank account to determine if your check have been prepared. There is an $11.99 reduction from the business named Great Enjoyment. I've no idea who or what the corporation is and that I have by no mean approved the cost. The final I noticed scam was still a crime. Can anyone help me? My spouse is ill and we've no cash sometimes for goods to pay for his medical costs. I can't afford an unauthorized reduction of any quantity. Please help!!!
