Rip off

I have made several phone calls and have sent numerous e-mails telling them that i could not get to my so call website in which i paid $119.00 for nothing, once they got my money, i immediately called to cancel with them, i was told that i couldn't get a refund until 14 days. I told them that i wanted my money back which was on friday, august 22. They were very, very, nasty and lied about the whole conversation that i had had with the sale representative you called me in the first place, i did not call them they called me saying that if i could make a lot of money from home by signing up to get my own website and that i will be working for dish satellite service and directv satellite services in which at the time on 8/22/08 i paid them $119.00 for nothing it do not exist neither does my so call website that i can't even get too.
