Liquidated my 3 year CD's

Help!

I received a letter in the mail stating I was in bankruptcy and that Wells Fargo was going to liquidate my CD's. I called the number on the letter and the lady said "oh this is a mistake". Please disregard. I AM NOT IN BANKRUPTCY!

On the day of going into major surgey I received another letter saying "thankyou for paying your line of credit in full". I got online and noticed my entire CD's were sold, deposited into my account and then my line of credit paid off. No payments on my line of credit were missed.

I have called my branch and I'm getting NO WHERE!

Is this legal? What can I do??
