Terrible customer service

I've went through a divorce and a job change, so I couldn't make payments on myhouse. I want to do a short sale or a deed in-lieu. I called Litton several times and talked with a person on the phone who said nothing like that was being done, I've faxed all the short-sale info, I've called my specific agent several times, and now they sent a letter saying I've done nothing. I cant get anyone to answer my calls, write me, acknowledge my fax—Nothing! I'm trying to sell the house, but how can I without them acknowledging the fax of the short-sale. They've got to "ok" it. Its just frustrating and I don't know what else to do.
