Home sold short after lender refused offer and workout

Home loan cocomplain

Try to sale my home had to sale they refuse to take the offer so the house went into to foreclosure when the house sold it sold for less then my offers and now my credit is bad and now I have been unable to buy a home they said that could not do a workout for us if someone file a law suit I would like to be in it
