Taking money from my bank account without autorization

I've never heard about this zz answer before.

Till i've check my banking account, and discovered there are some cash being removed automaticly monthly. On august they required $5.89 subsequently on september april they required $29.98

And another $5.89 and so i visited my bank and file a there. And that i was told that zz answer have thirty days to response. Then your bank alone will file the paperwok and send it through.

I've called zz answer and spoke to your guy there and after we spoke, he ended my account that we didn't know i'd. Then directed me to some site named www.credit report return.net

That we can't entry. Our big question is, how did this people even got my bank account number?
