DHL acquired my bundle and shipped on september 2, after 2weeks later, DHL neither provide my bundle or go back to me with no acceptible reason.

Throughout The 2-week period of time, I named customer support for five times, they stated we created error, we shall re-sent also it ought to be obtained quickly. Today DHL maintain my bundle since I'm furious to them and that I am follow the legical help prosecute them.

How POOR support it's, how disappointed we're. I simply study numerious grievances about DHL support problem, why there's no business to research DHL is problem? Why DHL may still run with such condition administration? DHL doesn't wait our bundle, DHL wastes our money and time.
