Tribute Credit Card Company Major Rip Off Company

I settled with Tribute on a bill my daughter owed after a week of them giving me the run around, after she signed and faxed them a letter and verbally authorized me to handle her bill for her. One day they gave me a payoff amount and then 3 days later it was almost 60.00 more. I agreed to pay it to get them off our backs. I gave our account number and got our reference # and thought it was over.

Wrong! Today in the mail we get a bill for 60.26, I am pretty hot now after all we went through prior to this. No one will speak to me again, even though they have had authorization several times now, and they tell me it's a late fee. Well I was told previously at pay off I was paying that late fee. I don't know what to do about this company. I just hope word gets out fast so others don't make the mistake and apply for this card.
