Transunion does not comply with Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gives your info to India

I called Trans union at about fraudulent inquiries on my report. A young man in India named Richard took my call. I could barely understand him due to his thick accent. I told him about the fraudulent hard inquiries from ALW Sourcing LLC and that I have been unable to get any cooperation from the company. He just repeated I can't dispute inquiries. I asked for his supervisor.

Hazel came on the line and had the same thick accent. She just repeated what the first man said. I asked where she was and she told me she was in India. I almost had a heart attack. ARE YOU KIDDING? My financial information is available to a third world counrty??? I do not have a problem with people from India, but they are just a little too close to those who wish harm on Americans.

When I asked to speak with someone with authority, she connected me with Mike in the U.S. It was a very bad connection. He just repeated the same thing. When I asked for a manager, he put Michelle on the line. She just kept repeating the same thing.

We do not dispute inquiries!

I heard this line at least 15 times.

According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the credit agency is obligated to investigate everything that I dispute, including inquiries.

611. Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [15 U.S.C. 1681i]

I am very uncomfortable with the fact that my credit information is easily viewed from India. This is not technical support. This is our nation's security. I consider TransUnion a traitor of the United States.

On their letterhead it states Our goal is to maintain complete and accurate information on consumer credit reports.

To that I say TransUnion, you are a rip off
