Ripoff overdraft fees and unfair to employees

I decided after years of bad treatment and horrifying experiences to finally report abuse from Wells Fargo Bank. For me personally, I have been experiencing this since 2003. I was hired to work phone customer service and enthusiastic to begin employment - as I had been working some very short temp work previous to my being hired from wells fargo bank I was anxious and excited to get a permanent job - so I though. I went through over a month training, learning all of their sales techniques, and about their products and services.in training, we were advised they had a call average handle time, which I thought was silly in the first place. I had high sales referrals, and good quality assurance when my calls were monitored - after being there for a year and a half - in Summer of I started to be taken out constantly by my supervisor to discuss my handle time issue. Each time, I learned new techniques and my handle time went down, and I got within 40 seconds of the their requirement, and was praised for my efforts.in the beginning of January- I was taken actually off duty, working away, and was asked to go into a seperate room - was told I was being terminated for lack of performance - keep in mind - not for attendance-not for not trying, not for lack of sales - but for being 40 seconds over their time"requirment". I went imediatly to speak to HR-and she tried to set me up to speak to the head of the call center. He wouldn't speak to me for over an hour, and then just without looking too much into my employee history, just said he couldn't overturn the decision by my supervisor - I was escorted out - being handed a pamphlet on cobra health insurance - thanks but no thanks wells - I hope all employees of wells fargo recognize and are honest about the evil institution they are - I hope you "feel good" about working for them.
