Harassing phone calls

I actually have a mastercard through Continental Fund.in the beginning, I requested this card just hoping I really could reestablish my credit. Today, each month, even if I am not overdue on my cost, they contact me. This month I had been 4 times overdue and every day, such as the deadline, they named me atleast 10 times a day! They named me athome and on my mobile phone. I've requested them, each month, to not call me at-all however they explained it's a "courtesy phone" plus they can't guarantee the calls may quit. This month was the finish of my string together. Nowadays, alone, there have been 6 calls on my callerid athome and 6 calls on my callerid on my mobile phone from their store! That is 12 telephone calls in one single evening! That is real nuisance and I am currently searching for a lawyer to prosecute them for this. DON'T obtain a card out of this organization!!!
