APR jumped to 35.08%! Unbeleivable, outrageous and sickening

I recently opened a small business in March and used my Advanta Business card to help get started since I had a "fixed rate" of 7.99%. My plan was to pay it off in one year.
Just like everyone else who has submitted a report, payments always on time, and way above minimum due.

I just opened my current statement and was horrified to see that my rate had jumped to 35.08%!! It is after business hours so can't reach Advanta customer service. After reading these reports, not sure what to do.

If anyone has suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated. Feeling pretty hopeless and sick to my stomach right now.
