Billed and I don't have their credit card

I had been requested in the Phila. Airport terminal easily want to subscribe to regular flier miles with US, I did so, never understanding the clutter it'd cause me. Today I'm getting expenses, totaling 201.91 and had a fee for Time magazine for 24.95. I put my calls and Time magazine eliminated the cost for 24.95. I also known as us airways dividend kilometers and described atleast three times that I don't possess a card and not did. I obtained a notice on August 19 informing me they eliminated the 24.95 (that we never did cost) from my statement which I still needed to spend the total amount.
