A True Scam!

EGM Services, Abacus credit package, vipcredit.com Please do not subscribe to this website. I checked BBB, and they had a satisfactory rating, so I thought they were an upstanding company. I purchased a memebership. I was immediately taken to the "member's only" website and was instantly disappointed. This website has many links to possible loan sites, but here is the kicker... You can find these "lenders" on your own via a google search. It also has links to other pay for membership sites and not much in the offerings for personal loans. I looked over the website and decided that this was not what I thought it would be, as I can and have found the exact information on my own. I then sent an email to request a refund, and I did not receive a response. I waited 2 days, and sent another email to request a refund. This is what is posted on their website: Your money back guarantee is immediately in effect! So, I received a response today, stating that I would have to have 2 rejection letters in order to receive a refund. She also stated that "it takes time, and to allow a month or more to get the loan that I was looking for". Did I mention that the money back guarantee is only for 30 days! I am not signing up with any of the lenders that are on their website as I have looked over these lenders and did not want to do it then, nor do I want to do it now just to get my money back. So, to make a long and pitiful story short, please be wary of this company as it does not promise what it states on the website. And your instant money back guarantee is not so much.
