Ripoff fraud lyers consumer rip-off fraud

Ccs sent me a card and i dont know how they got my address but i call them any way so that i can rebuild my credit and once i started talking to a representative they were talking so low as if they were scared that i would or some one would reconize their voice. I had to keep saying that i could'nt here. Then they gave me another number to call, they said to make sure that my activation would not expire. I thought that once you activated your card that was it. They are such big lyers and a fraud.
